You have received an e-mail from your (future) employer with a request to fill out an online questionnaire in the framework of your security screening. This requires that you log in with your DigiD first with an extra verification via sms. The sms verification must be enabled in My DigiD. After completing the questionnaire you can electronically sign it using your DigiD and send it in.
If you do not have a DigiD, please request it here and log in after you have received your DigiD. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 5 days before you receive the activation code for your new DigiD and/or the extra sms verification.
